The Edgewater is located in the Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff Resort. This upscale condo is fully central air-conditioned.  Located in a private end unit, it has a great location for dining from the spacious lanai where you hear and see the ocean.    This unit is tiled with Ivory travertine marble accented with inlaid tile designs. The oversized bathroom has been renovated to create an atmosphere of luxury with granite and marble finishing and a jetted Jacuzzi soaker tub.  The splashes of contemporary artwork create a calm ambiance.

The uniquely decorated studio has a new king size pillow top mattress, and new dream kitchen with granite countertops that has everything you need for cooking.   We use top quality kitchen ware, and bamboo linens.  There are five appliances, including a washer and dryer.  We even include the laundry soap and bath robes.
For your convenience we provide snorkel equipment and boogie boards.  We even have a cooler and fully equipped picnic pack so you can easily eat your dinner at the poolside barbeque.

From the resort there is a short walk to the historic Kona village. Here you will find a Hawaiian farms open market, charming sea side restaurants, and always available freshly caught fish of the day. Swim and snorkel with dolphins and turtles.
